A 4-inch by 8-inch pressure-treated ledger is attached to a vertical concrete panel wall with five-eighths-inch anchor bolts having a minimum 6-inch embedment at 3 inches from each end and 24 inches on center. The ledger is positioned 1 foot above a concrete slab. A 4-inch-wide by 6-inch-high concrete wheel stop rests on the slab.
