A formed steel sheet tread and riser fabricated from twelve-gauge plate receives one and one-half inches of concrete fill in the field. The eleven-inch tread features contrasting nosing grooves measuring one-eighth inch wide by one-quarter inch deep, extending to within two inches of each side of the tread and stained black. The stair assembly connects to a structural steel stringer.
