Sixteen-gauge galvanized iron roof-to-wall flashing and pan flashing feature a seven-inch extension within this roof-to-wall sheet metal flashing assembly. A Z-bar counter-flashing engages the vertical leg while transition flashing is installed over the underlayment and beneath the roof-to-wall and tile pan flashing. An eight-inch by four-inch twenty-two-gauge fabricated outside corner piece is included alongside with four-inch leg dimensions. General notes require starter tiles to avoid blocking the tile pan and instruct installers to knock off tile lugs within the pan.
