A six-inch polyvinyl chloride cleanout riser terminates six inches below finished grade with a six-inch diameter end cap. The vertical riser connects via a forty-five-degree elbow and a forty-five-degree Y-fitting to a horizontal run sized per plan, all supported by an eighteen-inch by eighteen-inch by five-inch concrete pad beneath the Y-fitting and end cap. An eighteen-inch length of rebar is strapped to the vertical pipe with aluminum straps to allow for future location detection.
