Mechanical piping passes vertically through a cross-laminated timber deck equipped with a structural steel equipment mounting support and a raised roof curb. The roof assembly incorporates a continuous air and vapor barrier, spray foam insulation, a cover board, and a finished roof membrane turned up the curb. Mechanical equipment mounts to the top of the assembly above the pipe penetrations.
