This transition assembly joins rubber floor tile to luxury vinyl tile over a concrete slab using a Johnsonite track base and T-moulding. The T-moulding spans a one and one-half inch gap between the two flooring materials. The luxury vinyl tile is installed over a leveler, which is snapped at the three-sixteenths inch marker, and secured with adhesive provided by the luxury vinyl tile contractor. The rubber floor tile is three-eighths of an inch thick.
