An exterior insulation and finish system soffit and drip edge assembly is anchored over framing and an approved substrate. Dryvit adhesive secures expanded polystyrene insulation board, which is faced with a dryvit base coat and reinforcing mesh. Additional base coat and dryvit finish complete the exterior face. Detail mesh is wrapped to the backside of the expanded polystyrene insulation board with a minimum of two and a half inches. Surfaces receiving sealant are primed with dryvit demandit or color prime, followed by a dryvit compatible sealant and closed-cell backer rod.
