A pipe passes through a sleeve positioned below a concrete grade beam or footing maintaining a minimum clearance of twelve inches from the bottom of the structural element. The pipe sleeve diameter is dimensioned as the pipe diameter plus one foot six inches. Backfill surrounding the pipe installation is placed strictly per the geotechnical soil report.
