An HSS 3x3x1/4 hollow structural section tube steel column is anchored to the structural floor slab using a three by twelve by one-half inch steel anchor plate secured with anchor bolts. A two by twelve inch tube steel stair stringer and a four by twelve inch tube steel brace connect above the base plate assembly adjacent to the wall type specified per plan. The exposed steel is painted unless noted otherwise, with engineering and welds performed per performance specifications.
