A painted one and one-half inch outside diameter steel handrail mounts above a painted perforated panel infill supported by structural steel tubing posts measuring one and one-half by one and one-half inches in eleven gauge. The posts extend down to a concrete slab with sub-slab drainage and connect to a steel channel stringer. Vertical and horizontal dimensions establish clearances and overall height above the floor level.
