Continuous batt insulation is installed entirely above the drywall suspension system with an FSK-25 vapor barrier face oriented toward the warm side. An air barrier is installed between the suspension system and insulation, with a seal at the wall. Structural bracing is provided as required above the ceiling. A scheduled ceiling intersects a wall detailed per plans, maintaining specified vertical clearances.
