A field-fabricated pipe penetration flashing assembly installed over rigid insulation and a base deck. A reinforced membrane extends up the vertical pipe penetration with a water stop at the top and a stainless steel clamping ring installed per the manufacturer's recommendations. A non-reinforced flashing piece laps the base, secured with mechanical fasteners and fastening plates spaced according to manufacturer instructions. Sealant is applied at terminations, and specified dimensional clearances include a one-half inch minimum vertical lap and a twelve-inch maximum spacing for fasteners.
