A fourteen-gauge four-by-four-inch angle measuring one foot four inches long serves as a stud wall kicker anchored beneath a concrete-filled metal deck. When installed at concrete over metal deck, the clip fastens using four total zero-point-one-five-seven-inch diameter Hilti X-U powder-actuated drive anchors with one and one-quarter-inch embedment, utilizing two anchors at each flute. When fastened directly to metal deck only, the assembly uses four total number twelve self-tapping metal screws, with two screws at each flute perpendicular to the flutes. Four number ten self-tapping metal screws secure the kicker angle to the clip.
