A pressure-treated wood curb sits on the roof assembly and is anchored with A35 clips spaced at twelve inches on center on each side, with a minimum of two clips per curb. All fasteners and hardware are galvanized for pressure-treated lumber compatibility. Single-ply membrane roofing extends up the sides of the curb, joined by a minimum one-and-a-half-inch continuous heat weld. An adhered single-ply membrane flashing covers the top and upper sides, secured with mechanical fasteners and plates per the manufacturer. Sheet metal flashing with gasketed fasteners caps the curb beneath the reinstalled equipment.
