A vision panel is installed within a 1 3/4 inch solid core wooden door using a painted low-profile twenty gauge steel frame. The assembly incorporates a seven-eighths inch Pyrostop vision glass secured within the frame opening. Overall frame outside dimensions and glass sizing tolerances are dimensioned across the centerline.
