Three site receptacles are mounted on individual two-foot-zero-inch diameter round concrete footings resting on a compacted subgrade. Each receptacle includes four adjusting feet with three-eighth-inch diameter threaded shafts and rubber feet around the perimeter of the inner ring. Anchorage is provided by twelve-inch by one-half-inch diameter J-bolts set in one-inch sleeves within the pedestal concrete. The finish surface sits above the footings, which measure eighteen inches deep typically, spaced two feet six inches on center with two-inch clearances between outer rims for recycling, trash, and compost units relative to the edge of walk.
