A surface-mounted metal bollard consists of a one hundred fifty millimeter six-inch diameter steel pipe filled with concrete and finished with enamel paint. The top is finished with a domed concrete top. The pipe is welded to a three-quarter-inch painted steel base plate. The base plate is anchored to the concrete slab using stainless steel inserts with sealant and structural bolts sized per structural drawings.
