A utility line such as a plumbing, refrigeration, or electrical line passes through a wall or ceiling panel penetration. Five-inch diameter blank stainless steel escutcheons are secured to both sides of the panel using stainless steel sheet metal screws. Each individual trade cuts a neat hole in the blank to accommodate their specific utility line and seals their own penetration accordingly.
