This assembly features a steel countertop bracket supporting a countertop, with shims provided as required for leveling. A nested steel mount secures the countertop to the bracket using self-tapping countersunk screws, which are finished to match the PCC-14 powder coating. Above the countertop, a 1-inch by 1-inch 14-gauge welded steel frame is installed, finished in PCC-14 powder coat. The adjacent wall assembly includes sheathing with a tile finish as specified in the elevations.
