An exterior stair mid landing and straight run assembly is supported by painted steel stringers. The treads and risers consist of galvanized bar grated pans with closed risers and contrasting stair nosings. Painted pipe handrails and guardrails are provided with vertical pickets spaced at four inches on center typical, maintaining a height between thirty-four and thirty-eight inches. Glazing assemblies intersect near the landing with specific clearance requirements including a three-inch maximum distance from the edge of the railing to the face of the glazing and a two-inch maximum gap at non-door locations.
