A hollow structural section beam frames into a wide flange column using bolted angle and tee connections. Three-eighths-inch thick stiffener plates reinforce the connection, welded with quarter-inch fillets on three sides typically. A WT 6x13 tee shape is welded to the wide flange beam with quarter-inch fillet welds. A pipe support is attached per detail two on sheet zero-one-seventy-dash-S-zero-one-dash-fifty-twenty.
