Outside corner condition of two monolithic tilt-up concrete panels. The exterior corner features a chamfer strip, and the interior vertical joint between the panels is sealed with a continuous backer rod and sealant. The interior face of the concrete panels is lined with foil-faced polyisocyanurate board insulation. A 3-5/8 inch steel stud wall assembly with 5/8 inch Type X gypsum board is positioned with a 1 inch typical clearance from the concrete panels.
