A painted black steel bracket measuring ten inches high with one-eighth inch stainless steel and one-and-one-half inch slots supports the vanity structure. A removable millwork panel is secured to the bracket with magnets and positioned to extend below the plumbing p-trap. The overall installation maintains a maximum two feet ten inches above finished floor height, with dimensions field verified after plumbing is roughened in. Mounting heights comply with required ADA clearances.
