A structural steel frame is constructed from one-quarter-inch by three-inch bar steel, joined with continuous welds at the upper corners. A diagonal brace of identical bar steel ties the upper corner to the lower upright member. The frame measures three feet wide by three feet six inches high, standing six inches clear above a concrete base. All steel elements receive a powder-coated finish per the exterior finish legend.
