This wall head detail shows porcelain tile installed over a cement mortar bond coat and cementitious backer board on the circulation side, and over moisture-resistant gypsum board on the restroom side. The assembly frames a scheduled door beneath a metal stud partition with a slip track and continuous reinforced channel. Continuous aluminum reveal trim and Schluter-Jolly satin anodized aluminum edge trim finish the tile transitions at the hollow metal frame. Sealant is applied at the frame joints, and dimensions note a one-and-fifteen-sixteenths-inch frame offset with aligned trim.
