A commercial pot sink drainboard is fabricated from fourteen-gauge stainless steel with a one-eighth-inch per foot slope toward the sink. The top is reinforced underneath with a one-inch by four-inch fourteen-gauge channel and supported by stainless steel gussets. The assembly stands on one-and-five-eighths-inch outside diameter sixteen-gauge legs and crossrails featuring stainless steel adjustable bullet feet. An optional sixteen-gauge stainless steel undershelf or open base is provided as specified.
