A flooring transition at a door threshold occurs between a scheduled luxury vinyl tile plank floor and a scheduled resilient floor. A wheeled traffic gasket sill accommodates the height difference between the quarter-inch and eighth-inch finishes. The finish floor build-up assembly varies as necessary to achieve a flush transition across the threshold. The door and door frame are referenced per the door schedule.
