The roof structure supports a roof sheathing layer detailed per structural drawings, which is overlaid with rigid insulation. A reinforced membrane waterproofing layer is installed across the insulation surface. Fasteners and fastener plates secure the system through the insulation layer per the manufacturer specifications. Sealant is applied at the membrane joint with specified clearance dimensions.
