This exterior wall termination assembly consists of a structural steel column set within a concrete construction backed by plywood backing and continuous wood blocks with no visible joints. The wood blocks are fabricated from four species of wood with veneer exposed faces to match the finish. A continuous patch plate and steel component E-MTL-07 anchor the wall facade framing.
