A single-ply 60 mil TPO membrane mechanically attaches over multiple layers of polyisocyanurate rigid insulation boards, which bear on a roof deck sized per structural drawings. The insulation boards must be staggered so that joints on one layer do not align with joints in adjacent layers. Refer to roof plans for specific insulation thicknesses and board counts.
