An aluminum framing header connects to a glazed transom above within the storefront door system. Insulated glass units occupy the upper transom, and a swing-out access cover is integrated into the storefront frame section. Continuous sealant seals perimeter joints, while standard weatherstripping and one-quarter-inch tempered glass are installed at lower sections.
