Metal studs are positioned on both sides of a hollow structural section post and attached with number 10 self-drilling screws spaced at twelve inches on center. A base plate is installed inside the bottom track. Wall framing is provided as scheduled at sixteen inches maximum spacing. Reference detail 3 on sheet AE512 for the corresponding section view.
