A hollow metal steel door jamb bears on a concrete slab at the base connection. Two three-eighths inch expansion bolt anchors secure each jamb with a minimum three-inch embedment into the top of the concrete. A finish floor transitions at the threshold with a three-eighths inch door undercut.
