A vertical gypsum wall board assembly terminates against a bottom wood slat featuring a one-half inch overhang. The horizontal ceiling plane consists of gypsum wall board finished with paint IP-3. A one-half inch dimension marks the overhang offset between the ceiling finish and the outer wood slat edge.
