Horizontal reinforcement at concrete walls and footings requires hooks measuring twenty-four bar diameters with a twelve-inch minimum typical at corners and intersections. Alternate hooks are provided for single curtain reinforcing configurations. All horizontal reinforcement requires hooks as indicated.
