An oversized loading dock door is framed with steel and wrapped in one-eighth-inch aluminum metal panels finished with a three-part PVDF coating. The door operates on a floor track supplied by the manufacturer and includes embedded door casters, pull tracks, and a brush sweep at the header. The opening is flanked by structural concrete walls and columns, with steel corner guards and bumper guards protecting the wall returns. An HSS column and motor are positioned adjacent to the opening per structural drawings.
