A C4 channel is connected to a C8 structural channel support sized per plan. A quarter-inch thick plate is welded to the support channel with three-sixteenths inch fillet welds. One three-quarter-inch diameter machine bolt secures the framing member through the plate. The finish material on the framing is determined per plan.
