A twenty-gauge one-and-one-half-inch by one-and-one-half-inch continuous wall angle is attached to the wall surface with number ten self-tapping screws at each stud. The ceiling runner is tied to the main runner with number eighteen wire using a saddle tie. Hanger wires support the main runner at a maximum distance of eight inches from the wall, with cross tees spaced a maximum of six inches on each side.
