A quarter-inch stainless steel orifice plate is installed against the concrete wall of a catch basin on the discharge side. The assembly features an eighteen-inch by eighteen-inch square profile with four corner mounting locations. A six-inch and three-tenths orifice opening is positioned near the bottom, matching the invert level. An additional weir drain hole is provided adjacent to the primary opening for controlled flow management.
