A firestopping transition assembly is installed at a four-inch sleeve penetrating a wall or floor assembly. Multiple cables route through the sleeve and are sealed at the transition frame with clamping hardware. Firestopping transition material is applied at both ends of the sleeve to maintain the required fire-resistance rating of the assembly.
