The assembly includes a top track and stud wall framing beneath a wide-flange steel beam with applied fireproofing. Joint sealants provide a fire-rated head of wall connection meeting UL assembly HW-D-0611. Clearances include a minimum one and a half inch dimension and an eight inch maximum dimension.
