An overflow roof drain connects to an overflow drain line running through a concrete masonry unit wall and terminates at a downspout nozzle. The assembly is framed with six-inch studs spaced at sixteen inches on center with five-eighths-inch gypsum board on the interior. Spray foam insulation fills the stud cavity behind fiberglass sheathing. Exterior insulation and finish system is applied over six inches of rigid insulation on the exterior masonry wall, and wall bracing is provided.
