A galvanized sheet metal pipe penetration enclosure assembly sits over multiple pipes passing through a concrete roof slab. The pipes are surrounded by non-shrink grout and sealed with a vapor barrier and roofing manufacturer's liquid flashing. Metal flanges of the penetration assembly are fastened directly to the slab at 4 inches on center using galvanized annular ring nails. A WP-9 single-ply roofing membrane covers the substrate and is sealed at the base using the roofing manufacturer's standard flashing membrane.
