An elevator door frame is integrated into a shaft liner partition separating the elevator hoistway from the lobby. The hollow metal elevator jamb wraps the partition end and aligns with the typical shaft liner assembly. A door opening width is sized per plan, with a maximum two-inch jamb width and a quarter-inch clearance dimension. Elevator lobby finishes occur as indicated on the architectural floor plan.
