Cast-in-place concrete stair assembly with a landing and a 1-1/2-inch diameter pipe handrail. The handrail mounts 34 inches above the stair nosing and landing surface, with all welds ground smooth. The stair configuration includes 4-inch and 7-inch risers, with 12-inch flat runs at the top and bottom of the stair flight. The assembly is dimensioned for a maximum 6-foot run and includes a 42-inch guardrail height requirement.
