This assembly details a vertical wall termination using 60 mil thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) wall flashing membrane that is fully adhered to the substrate. The TPO clad metal flashing is fastened at 6 inches on center in a staggered pattern. A double-sided butyl tape provides a waterproofing seal with a 4-inch minimum overlap. The membrane is hot-air welded to the clad metal, and a continuous urethane caulking application is applied at the termination edge. A continuous sealant application is required at all cut edges of the metal flashing.
