A 4-1/2-inch square flip-ring recessed anchor is surface-mounted and secured into a concrete substrate with four 3/8-inch diameter Hilti Kwik-Bolt KB-TZ2 expansion anchors having a 2-inch embedment. The assembly provides a minimum 1,500-pound working load limit for securing mobile equipment. The detail includes both plan and section views showing the square mounting plate, corner anchor bolt locations, and the flush-recessed flip ring mechanism.
