A one-and-a-half-inch diameter galvanized pipe railing mounts vertically with uprights spaced at eight feet on center maximum. The vertical pipe legs extend down into pipe sleeve inserts set one foot into dry-pack cored holes at the finish surface. For removable railing applications, the pipe is fastened to the sleeve using a through-bolt with the sleeve insert positioned four inches above the finished floor.
