A fire sprinkler systems drain piping feeds into a 6-inch size galvanized steel standpipe positioned above the finished floor level. A trap primer labeled TP-1 connects to the standpipe system with associated valve and piping components. The waste line continues downward with a 6-inch waste pipe and a 3-inch vent connection, routing to floor plans below.
