The wall assembly features a partition framed with studs and faced with glass mat water-resistant backing board installed in lieu of gypsum board at tile locations. Tile is applied using a thin-set mortar bed per manufacturer specifications. A finishing edge profile TD-11 is installed at the transition between the tile and the scheduled paint finish.
